THE NIGHT RIDER, SPIRIT-ENERGIES, CONSCIOUS ENERGY-EVENTS

It ihas been interesting to me that in the categories of Types-of-Spirits, Spirit-Energies, and Energy-Events are going largely unnoticed and have been for some time. These events are:

1. Listening to the Voices of the Dead.
2. VLF Radio
3. The Conet project
4. Listening to the Voices of Planets
5. Astral Travel to Planets

1.Listening to the Voices of the Dead (Cat: Typres-of-Spirits, Spirits-Energies, & Energy-Events). Dr. Constantine Raudive found a way to listen to and record spiris talking. There is only one book on the subject and one CD. Also there is a device that can be hooked up to a tape recorder that will give you this recording ability. Cost: $19.00-$55.00

2.LF Radio (Cat: Energy-Events) LF Radio is basically that part of AM radio that exists below 550 AM on your radio dial. There is a whole world out there of people who use it and it is is very weird. The Syndic is considering broadcasting on this frequency once all the equipment and resources are fully understood and gathered up.

3.The Conet Project (Cat: Energy-Events) From the last 45 years or so strange SW (Short Wave)

4.VLF Radio (Cat: Spirits-Energies, Energy Events). It is not generally know that Moons and planets as well as stellar sources transmite radio waves. One of the “noisiest and most frequent is the planet Jupiter. A group of Scientists

5.Astral Travel to Planets: (Energy Events; Spirit-Energies). Psychometry is using your own human touch to get close, to communicate with those waves of astral energy that strongly hang on to materials. Thus I have found out that by doing this, it is possible to astrally travel to Mars or the Moon and then more importantly begin some form of direct contact with the sentient spirit ruler of the planet of moon, Itself. And this is a totally amazing experience.

So here we have 5 different forms of dealing with spirituality, the unknown, and allof the these forms sharing a strong similiarity ---Energy Waves. It is my view that the study and use of Energy Waves IS THE BRIDGE between Science & Metaphysics, and is the Bridge between Matter and Immaterial Existence, (sometimes now called Zero Based Energies)

By holding these stated concepts as true and verifiable, and by believing that Human Evolution has sped up to an amazing degree and is continuing to speed up, and having read Arthur C Clarke’s books on Human Evolution including 3001, and seeing that the Mayan Calender is really hinting at “There will be a human evolution which is beyond our ability to understand, THE SYNDIC is going to help move this forward and balance its own knowledge realm with a forthcoming website:

Hopefully, it will bring together people who are interested in ULTIMATE STEAMPUNK, which as a field of knowing is yearning for a mating with WEIRD SCIENCE and METAPHYSCS. It’s a realm that is not dangerous, but is quite amazing.

Being confronted by a planetary spirit or inserting oneself into actual energy patterns is very much like what a friend of mine said decades ago when we were doing the ‘Car-talk thing”….”Once you get Power Windows, you never go back…”
With me on The Night Rider as technical consultant, is my good friend and cousin, David “Dick” Kaiser, who is a leading expert in the entire field of study of both Radio & Light Waves, and who has won many awards and much praise for his research in these areas.

The Night Rider should be up and running within the next 6 weeks, although the ideas are so spectacular that it may take slightly longer.
The Night Rider will be Library, Laboratory, Communications Center, and Human Cross Roads.

Saving the ecology of the planet Earth is a wonderful, necessary, and immediate thing to do, but can we do this without beginning a real non-metaphor, hard-core actual conversation with the rest of our awake and conscious solar system, or simply put, must we?

Our Answer and participations have to be absolutely real. Now is the time to begin.

Recent Syndics: Edouard-Leon Scott de Martinville (April25, 1817 - April 26, 1879)

Scott de Martinville was a trade-printer. In 1854 he entered a realm of relentless thought concerning the mechanical transcription of the sounds of the human voice - speaking words and singing songs. During a proofreading of some physics texts, he stumbled onto a series of drawings of auditory anatomy. He began experimenting with trying to create a parallel mechanical device that would "hear" and then "record" what was heard. Thus, he substituted elastic mebrane for the tympanium, a series of levers for the ossicle, and these moved a stylus that would press onto paper, wood, or glass, covered with lampblack.

On January 26, 1857, he delivered his design in a sealed envelope to the French Academy. He received French Patent # 17.897/31,470 on march 25,1957. It was called "The Phonoautograph. It was attached to a horn to "collect" the sound, which in turn was attached to a diaphragm, which, it, in turn, vibrated a stiff bristle, which in turn, inscribed an image onto the lampblack coating on the turning cylinder's surface. The turning cylinder was hand-cranked.This device was built by the acoustic instrument maker Rudolph Koenig. It only created visual images of the sound. It did not "play-back" the sound. His device was then used for the sscientific investigation of sound waves.

Scott de Martinville sold several phonoautographs to scientists who were investigating the nature of sound itself. But that was about as far as things progressed. He spent the rest of his life working as a librarian and bookseller at 9 rue Vivienne, Paris, and mainting an ongoing interest in linguistics, people's names, and the characteristics of sound when used by humans. he published several papers on this subject.

His publications include:

Jugement d'un ouvrier sur les romans et les feuilletons à l'occasion de Ferrand et Mariette (1847)

Histoire de la sténographie depuis les temps anciens jusqu'à nos jours (1849)

Les Noms de baptême et les prénoms

For more than a century, since he captured the spoken words “Mary had a little lamb” on a sheet of tinfoil, Thomas Edison has been considered the father of recorded sound. But researchers say they have unearthed a recording of the human voice, made by a little-known Frenchman, that predates Edison’s invention of the phonograph by nearly two decades.

The 10-second recording of a singer crooning the folk song “Au Clair de la Lune” was discovered earlier this month in an archive in Paris by a group of American audio historians. It was made, the researchers say, on April 9, 1860, on a phonautograph, a machine designed to record sounds visually, not to play them back. But the phonautograph recording, or phonautogram, was made playable — converted from squiggles on paper to sound — by scientists at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in Berkeley, Calif.

“This is a historic find, the earliest known recording of sound,” said Samuel Brylawski, the former head of the recorded-sound division of the Library of Congress, who is not affiliated with the research group but who was familiar with its findings. The audio excavation could give a new primacy to the phonautograph, once considered a curio, and its inventor, Édouard-Léon Scott de Martinville, a Parisian typesetter and tinkerer who went to his grave convinced that credit for his breakthroughs had been improperly bestowed on Edison.

Scott’s 1860 phonautogram was made 17 years before Edison received a patent for the phonograph and 28 years before an Edison associate captured a snippet of a Handel oratorio on a wax cylinder, a recording that until now was widely regarded by experts as the oldest that could be played back.

Mr. Giovannoni’s presentation on Friday will showcase additional Scott phonautograms discovered in Paris, including recordings made in 1853 and 1854. Those first experiments included attempts to capture the sounds of a human voice and a guitar, but Scott’s machine was at that time imperfectly calibrated.

“We got the early phonautograms to squawk, that’s about it,” Mr. Giovannoni said.

But the April 1860 phonautogram is more than a squawk.

Dr. Francis Everett Townsend (January 13, 1862 - September 1, 1960)

At the beginning of the Great Depression from 1929, Dr. Townsend Created and then publicly proposed that the United States Government create a revolving pension plan. This plan called The Townsend Plan was for a monthly pension of $200 per month, which when there was virtually no inflation in American monies came out to be more than the average wage (during the year 1931) of $154.17 per month. This pension was to be freely given to every American Citizen who had reached their 60th birthday, with the stipulation that each pensioner would be required to spend the money within 30 days.

This pension was to be paid for by a 2% federal tax on all business transactions (with NO exceptions to this rule).

The United States government and large Republican business consortiums chipped away at this structure and the rseult was the social security system that the United States has today.

Educated at Lafayette College and the University of Pennsylvania. He was Assistant Headmaster at Friends Select school, Philadelphia, PA and Headmaster at Moorestown Friends School, Moorestown, NJ.

A personal account of this great spiritual force of education.

Today, when I got the mail, I received a death notice from my old high school, that a man we called, Master Alex (Alexander M. MacColl) who was a teacher and Assistant Headmaster (he was the real one, the other shook hands with people and that's all he did) when my friends Rye, Sebastian, Gloria, Helena, Harrie,Margaret, & Gordon and I were at Friends Select School (founded 1689)...In the 3 years, when I had left the former"prison" that claimed to educate me, and was going to Select, I learned more and better, under Master Alex's reign of hard assed knowledge than anytime before or since.

Also, Master Alex, had a wry straight faced sense of humour. Rye and I were on that special list of "the bad boys"....Comments like, "I appreciate that the 2 of you want to volunteer for school repairs. Yes the cupola room needs looking after, I have hired some repairmen to fix it and so you should be relieved that you don't have to go up there and devote your precious study time to fixing our school. We have our own tools. (of course we had been going up there fooling around and smoking Rameses Egyptian Oval cigarettes), this is not the Soviet Union. We do not search people, BUT if you are going to smoke, not only don't do it in the building, But when you leave today look around and if at any distance, you can clearly see any school window, don't light up, or even do something idiotic like holding hands just to piss me off...oh, no, and I did hear about a bunch of students marching around the band shell and back and forth around the school, with some pretty damn fine art work, yelling at the top of your lungs, "We want an art gallery"...oh no...don't even
consider it.....do you understand Mr Ballard...if you think you'r e Oscar Wilde, then I suggest you reread The Ballad of Reading Gaol, Mr. Sebastian, already, we know that Vaudeville is alive and well, you have taught us ALL that, too many times...and oh Jameson-Strang, when you come in on Monday, from a party of intellectuals and South Philly rockers listening to Ray Charles records, please, please, I beg of thee, wear a clean suit jacket. We can tolerate dust from buses and even dandruff....dry cleaning fluid ! My God, No!..it confuses people. The dry cleaning fluid used at the little shop down the street from my apartment...well, it smells a lot like Chivas Regal...and I know how you love clarity in all things, so please don't confuse the rest of us. By the way, since you guys – that means Ballard, Jameson-Strang, Sebastian, Toner, & Vogel, don't eat lunch, we have decided for those who wish to boycott the caf, that you have the free option of attending an ongoing Russian class if you chose..."

Or the time Robin McIlvaine IIIrd farted in Master Alex's course on International Law and its development......."MY GOD !, Another one like that McIlvaine, and I'll kick you out of the school. Everyone !!! Open the Windows !! I said "NOW".

"Gentlemen, Ladies, where were we....?"

Master Alex MacColl was a combination of John Cleese, The Alexandrian Library, a
master politician, and a tough, loving father, a reincarnation of Cicero. This
Visionary in All Things - We all loved him. I was talking in an email with Gloria Gaghan - a classmate, former lover, and friend. She now lives in Ireland. Anyway we were talking in 2007 and she was quoting Master Alex,"Gloria your grades are fine, but you are working at less than 10% of your genius. I certainly hope that somehow and somwhere that great genius of your wakes up from its bed of roses and talks to the rest of the world....." Gloria writes under a pen name (not given out). She did write one book under her own name about St. Brendan the navigator. Her nephew, Stephan made the movies Traffic and Syriana...Helena Peat, who nicknamed me Caiyros, was practically in love with Master Alex.....But he never fooled around. He was Total Straight Arrow.

Master Alex MacColl was a Visionary Genius whose Great Work was to go through the blood, sinew, bone, air, and myriad rhythms of the human beings that he taught and spoke to, befriended, but never took advantage of, who say knowledge itself as an omni-living spirit, within which we should merge – individuality intact, laughter intact, and humility cared for gently in a world beyond praise.

May the galaxies that reside inside and by your spirit's side, Rock On !

See ya around the Campus !

Alex's estate went manily to Orphans' Charities...which is wonderful but odd, because I never knew that before today...and for years...that has been my main charitable interest...somehow it rubbed off on me from him, because I became interested in orphans about the time I left high school.....

Photo: on yesterday's email's bottom - ("Mr Jameson-Strang 2 apostrophe 's's following one another like argueing lovers, and then, really, does an email actually have a "bottom"...take a dip in the Danube and rephrase it...the whole school is counting on you, I beg of thee...."
Height: approx ^ foot I -2 inches
Hair: Black and early balding
Eyes: Light Green
Glasses: No one ever saw him wear them, so I don't think so. He wasn't an egotist If for some reason he did have glasses and hide them from us, the would have to have been black hornrims.
Attire: casual slacks. Dark colored Edwardian sport coats with thin lapels. But I do remember he had one hideous light brown stripped jacket and on tweed (darker tweed).

Presentation: He could be as funny as John Cleese. If his point was obscure it was deliberately so. teaching or lecturing, he was very demonstrative with his arms and hands. Sometimes for days he would carry hunge piles of books and manuscripts and at other times, he would carry nothing at all. Also he like to play with yardsticks, using them as pointers and sometimes twiddling with them. His facial expression could be serious yet kind and he had a wide grine quite often. The few times I saw him angry, he looked like a Scottish warrior wanting to go after Longshanks...but there was always a joke at the end of it.

One time Gloria's father who was a kin of Walter Winchell type reporter (he gave Gloria and me backstage and front row passes to all the shows he didn't want to review (which, of course, were the cool shows...His best friend was Charleton Heston, that alone speaks volumes of neocon crap) Any way Jerry Gaghan called Allex up and basically threatened him....Alex came up to Gloria (I was there) When and said "Your dad just threatened me, and I told him it would take me a while to get all the proper licenses in order to have a duel on the playing field, and since I was challenged, I had my choice of weapons, and I chose that we might just throw cinderblocks at each other until we were both dead.....and then I told him to go take a dip in the danube....I would do a lot of studying for an imaginary test, Gloria, and stay away from your dad.....We run a school here, and you simply don't threaten educators...." and walked off...he was torqued...but nothing bad happened. Jerry Gaghan called him up and apologized and asked him if he could have the quote about cinderblocks. "I thanked him and told him that in that case my 'tell-all" novel would be supressed as my act of gratitude. Again, Jerry, said thank you and I told him, 'don't thank me too much, I can't write...that broke him up and the war is over, Gloria. Why not when you go home tonight, put on an LP of Debussy's Afternoon of a Faun, and tell him its a school exercise in musical criticism ?"
If you look at the photo you can see he had a gold or gold-like tooth.
As far as we know, he never drove a car. At least when he was in Philly.

Also, Alex got Rye appointed school poet and head of the literary magazine The Caldron and each year Rye would have a poem on the yearbook Title page. Rye would always put in something truly weird and we would watch to see how "uncleverly they edited it out. One year it was fabulours...the excised the several phrases and put in ........... (dots)......It comes out...Rye and I are laughing...Alex comes by and without stopping walking...he says......looking at Rye,,,"And how is Mr Verlaine this day....now that his rants against 'Holy Church" and Motherhood' are excised..."
Rye fired back..."Next year it will be in German..." and we laughed.

Without losing a step, Alex, says, Die Jahrbuch Ausschuß hat ihrer Zahl , Mein Dreist Ritter." and disappears down the hall.

I say to Rye, "What did he say?"
And Rye replied, " The Yearbook Committee has your number, My Bold Knight."

Later, Rye went up to Alex and said, do you think Chris is a Knight as well?
No bold knight, he is a frog-Prince waiting to be kissed...." We laughed about it

Anyway, this guy had the power to take good people who didn't fit who were bright and confusedly commited to something, and send them out into the world with a sense of love, a copy of the Joe MIller jokebook, to walk in Voltaire's footsteps and to have their very own sword and shield. From his influence I got the idea of the Syndic...combining, the ideas of Cicer, Voltaire, Buddha, Jesus, the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) Herman Hesse, Joyce, and others. I have become whether I like it or not a militant and weird educator. Im not saying Im the best, mind you, but I sure am militant....And to be a militant educator, I believe one has to be immersed in constant learning...

Psy-Ops, few people know what that means......in 11th grade Alex was teaching the fundamentals of Goebbels and Mao's propaganda styles, how to assess this crap and so on and that the magic bullet of immunization was/is going deep into yourself, knowing yourself, not needing popularity, give love instead of always wanting it..demand good solid Aristotilean proof, for things spiritual you were on your own, and my God, laugh...have some fucking fun with who you are...not what you've been told to be...Teach Others...the knowledge is useful, but there is something else going on beyond definition...and to find that and then hand it away, so you can find that, and hand it away, forever, and ever, and one day.

GUIDELINES FOR SELLERS TO SELL

Recently, we have noticed that in the retail selling realms of books on spirituality, religion, metaphysics, and the occult there seems to be a reasonable pattern of price. This reasonableness of book price takes into account all the variables from original cost, availability, rarity, and also, the higher costs of private and home publishing.

We thank the many, many thousands of legitimate boosellers and publishers for their dedication and hard work, but also for keeping their prices secure and "inside of a realm of reasonableness." CONGRATULATIONS !!!

You, the Booksellers, have managed to do this at least since a student of Johannes Gutenberg, Master Johan Neumeister along with his lifetime friend Evangelista Angelini (who had introduced printing in Foligno in in 1470) published the first printed editon of Alighieri Dante's Divine Comedy to the public. Ladies & Gentlemen Printers, Publishers, and Booksellers, You have done Your Job Well for 439 consecutive years. Also, you continually sold an object called "the printed, word, magazine, broadside, newspaper, booklet, and book...that stimulate the human mind in a strong, on-going fashion. Again Congratulations.

Now, however, there is a double problem to be faced. There are many spiritual and metaphysical "knowledge items" on the market. They range from DVDs, CDs, Recorded Tape, as well as blogs, Utube, and also specific items, pendants, rings, stones, and so on - All of these related to the selling to people of "the expansion of personal knowledge, experience, human understanding of humans, and needed personal powers.

However, unlike the entire publishing trade (dating from Guttenberg's Bible and first secular publications ), this newer and younger "hermaphrodite child of Original Media" (Original Media being Guttenber's Galaxy; see Marshall McLuhan), has not been able to substantiate itself in the long-term market place, because, frankly, most sellers and most buyers, do not understand the rules of public trade. The idea of selling at what the market would bear is totally destroyed by Alexander the Great (we create a unified standard of balance for different coinages), Emperor Neron of Rome (we have to have one standard for coinage, and no selling of estimated future gains from this coinage), Thomas Aquinas (charging interest is a sin), William Penn & John Woolman (value is understood through need, group welfare, and supply of goods and availability of working people),(Karl Marx ("The Rules of Surplus Value"), The Credit Mobilier Disaster of 1867, The Great Cooldifge Depression of 1929, and the list goes on...

This New Realm of Selling Metaphysical Objects, needs to actually carry out a very simple act. This Act is: try to determine a moderate, fair, and successful price for all their Metaphysical Goods. I have seen price ranges on the same item go from $20-$5,000. This is truly a form of blatant ignorance. Split the difference? If so the math would give the answer of $2,510. for the item. So for this example the market cost might well be approx. $100-$150.

But what about a lesser range? Say $20-$280 for an item. Spliting the difference would make te item equal $150. Better, but not great. The lower seller can easily be screwed by the seller of the higher priced item claiming, the less expensive item is "to cheap to be real". Perhaps a more reasonable price would be near or around the$50. mark.

But still, this is an elaborate form of guessing. Is it not? And therefore the same problems will recur, be manipulated, and used in various interpretations creating a confused mess.

Here we present a possible algorithm as solution to this problem:

First: Create Categories of sale such as "A Spell Kit", "A 925 ring Spell-bonded or Infused", "A small pendant (less that 1 inch long or wide); a large pendant (anything bigger), items with similiar precious stones, gold, or antiquity.

Second: Go thru the auction sites and find 100 items (all total --but from at least 30 different sellers) for each group.

Third: Look for any items that "spike". In other words, you might have 99 items beTWeen $20 and $46 per/each and one for $290. The $290, is a "spike". It is either really or considered, more valuable for a very specific reason or belief. Thus buying this item makes it a very personal decisiion, but should NOT be used to create standard pricing. Remember eliminate the "Spike" from you calculations.

Fourth: What about minor variables in cost? The initial range found allows for a variable of say (using our example: _ less cost $22 or $25. More initial cost $25 to $46.00.

Fifth: Can one sell for much more than that? You bet ! But you are creating Surplus Value where there is none and pricing yourself out of the market. Sure, go do it ! Just make sure you are just charging more and not trying to manipulate the market in your favor by making negative claims and waging attack campaigns in any way against the others.

Sixth: Can one sell at a much lower price? You bet ! But if you do:
1. You may not be able to stay in business.
2. You may lower the market price to where sellers drop out because they can
make more money with less grief washing dishes in a diner.
3. By sellers being either driven out of the market by those who want
Monopoly or lowering the market value to where sellers abandon the entire
specific market -------YOUR MARKET IS GONE...BUDDYROO...and wont come back.

So there is the basis for a solid, on-going, "Happy Market"...that could grow at a healthy 7.5% per year forever....or a "Bad Market" that could go nuts and fad...and have a growth cycle of 75% per year for 2.5-3.00 years and then disappear.

Solidity and Good Life or Deep Wobble and Bad Life. Its your call folks. One way to make things easier is to network with other friendly sellers, but network on this topic alone.

Just remember, Mr. Greed, is just around the corner. An immunization for Mr. Greed, is The Journals of John Woolman. It has been in print since 1811. John Woolman, literally was the Saint of Modern Business and no fool. For immunizing yourself against Mr. Madness, read Charles Mackay's Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds....

The Pet Rock smiles in its recent retirement from public life and assures us all of his continuing well being and friendliness.
